Add ceo.jpgFarooq Ahmad Malik founded Arabian Developers and has been acquiring land for housing societies since 2004. His work began with Lake City and has since supported projects including Bahria Town, DHA Rahbar and Al-Kabir Town, as well as the group's own Dream Valley development in Murree.
He leads the group's strategy and landowner relationships, and continues to guide every acquisition personally.
Add md.jpgAhsan Farooq Malik oversees day-to-day operations across the group and leads its newest division, Arabian Construction. He is focused on modernising how the company works with clients, from digital enquiries to transparent project delivery.
He has travelled to the USA, Singapore and Canada for meetings with international clients, and is currently working on overseas projects that remain confidential under agreements with those clients.
